At AuraSpec, we provide tracked shipping for all orders. Once processed, you can track your order in real time.

Our team processes orders within 24–48 business hours.

Standard delivery times are 5–7 days. Due to the bespoke nature of some orders, delivery may occasionally take a few days longer. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you.

As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund.
